bor_getSnapshot RPC Method

ℹ️

bor_getSnapshot method is only availible on Polygon.

The bor_getSnapshot retrieves the state snapshot at a given block.

Returns

The bor_getSnapshot returns the state snapshot including hashes and signer public keys. See a result example further 👇

Parameters

block number - string - Block number in hexadecimal, or the tag latest to get the latest block.

🔌 To use bor_getSnapshot you must be connected to a blockchain node.

Example

  • HTTPS POST Request with a JSON RPC call in the body
  • Replace YOUR-API-KEY with the API key from your CHAINNODES.ORG Dashboard
